Every project begins with a conversation. We sit down with your team to understand the vision, purpose, and context of the model — whether it's for a client presentation, an exhibition, a sales centre, or an internal design review. We discuss scale options, material preferences, timeline, and budget to ensure alignment from day one.
Our engineering team conducts a thorough evaluation of your architectural drawings, CAD files, and site documentation. We analyse structural complexities, identify critical details that must be preserved at scale, and develop a comprehensive production plan. This stage eliminates surprises and sets the foundation for flawless execution.
Before full production, we create prototype sections to validate materials, colour matching, textures, and scale accuracy. This hands-on review gives you a tangible preview of the final model — an opportunity to refine finishes, adjust details, and confirm that the vision translates perfectly into physical form.
The heart of our craft. CNC machines, laser cutters, and industrial 3D printers work in concert with our master craftsmen to engineer the model framework. Every facade, landscape element, and interior detail is fabricated with tolerances measured in fractions of a millimetre — then assembled by hand with decades of expertise.
An iterative review process where you evaluate the model at key milestones. We photograph progress from multiple angles, share detailed updates, and incorporate your feedback with surgical precision. No detail is too small — we refine until every element meets the highest standards of accuracy and aesthetic fidelity.
Custom crating engineered for maximum protection during transit. Our team handles white-glove delivery worldwide — from Riyadh to London, Dubai to New York. On-site installation includes precise levelling, lighting calibration, and final adjustments to ensure the model is presented exactly as intended.
